Please follow the below steps to avail our repairing services:
- Reach out to us by filling the form below.
- In the form, upload clear pictures of your instrument.
- Once we receive all details of your instrument(s) along with you contact details, one of our representatives will reach out to you via a phone call or email.
- We may then ask you to have the damaged instrument(s) delivered at your nearest FEDEX location to ship it/them to our office in California (Shipment cost will be borne by you).
- Once we receive your instrument(s), we will give you a confirmation via email.
- Your instrument(s) will be carefully repaired and returned to your official address, provided in the form, within the time shared with you. Not to worry, we will try our best to have it delivered at earliest.
